Park County’s Community Studio
A place to learn something, fix something, make something, meet someone.
MISSION STATEMENT
At Studio49, we build welcoming spaces where people of all ages can connect, learn, and create. We believe in fostering confidence, innovation, and community resilience through mentorship, skill-building, and meaningful intergenerational relationships.
What We Offer
-
Open Art Nights
Open door, FREE community art night where all ages are welcome to come and create. Full access to studio resources and staff.
From woodworking and painting to sewing and 3D-printing, Studio49 has a plethora of creative outlets and local artists/makers sharing their expertise. Come with an idea or ready to be inspired!
-
Workshops
One-time classes in an artistic medium led by a local expert, such as drawing, sewing, sculpture, photography, knitting, and more.
We have recently held workshops on candle making, hand crafting lamps, and learning to knit.
Please reach out if you are interested in teaching a workship with us!
-
Courses
Multi-week classes to level up your skills in artistic and creative disciplines.
Our 6-week Foundations of Sewing Series is our most popular and includes instruction, sewing machine use, and materials.
Reach out if you are interested in teaching a course series at Studio49!
-
Events
Markets, parties, fundraisers and other special events to celebrate in community.
Past events have included clothing swaps, maker’s markets, film screenings, and our Mend-O-Rama event.
Studio49 is also available for private events.
-
Programs
Long-term programs happening at the studio that focus on enriching and strengthening our community.
We host camps during summer breaks and run a home-school enrichment program during the school year that focuses on supplemental child-led learning, social skills, and creativity.

“This project is all heart with can-do people who are making it happen. Any support Project49 [and Studio49] receives becomes innumerable dreams that come to fruition and a community brought closer.”
— Mary L. from Livingston
