May Sewing Social

  • Studio49 129 South Main Street Livingston, MT, 59047 United States (map)

What is a Sewing Social?

A free, cozy evening event focused on sewing and textile hand-crafts. Bring a project of your own or use any of the resources available at the studio (including machines, thread, fabric, yarn, needles, cutting tools, etc.)

Soft drinks and snacks are provided, and teachers are on hand for those looking to learn about the awesome and rewarding world of sewing!

Come hoping to hem a pair of pants or patch your favorite shirt, whether you have a master’s degree in textile design or have never plugged in a machine before, we will provide all the support you need.

These Sewing Socials are sponsored by Southwest Montana Prevention and function as a creative and comfortable third-space for community members in Livingston to connect. They occur monthly and are always free. Donations appreciated.

Hope to see you there!
