Fairy Village Supply Swap & Wishberry Hollow Work Sessions
A Small Swap for Your Smallest, Fairy-sized Supplies & A Whimsical Work Session
Two casual sessions:
Saturday, July 12, 2025, 12-3pm
Thursday, July 24, 2025, 4-7pm
Both at Studio49, 129 S. Main St., Livingston, MT
What is This?!
Join us in supporting the artists, designers, and makers of the 2025 Wishberry Hollow by bringing fairy-sized supplies to the Fairy Village Supply Swap and Wishberry Hollow Work Session.
Local artists, designers, and makers are bringing their creativity to host fairies at Wishberry Hollow (Myers' River View Trail) in Livingston during their annual migration later this summer. The Craft Supply Swap, Studio49, and Wishberry Hollow are sharing our creative magic to get fairy-sized supplies into the hands of the construction teams to support the craftsmanship and detail that our fairy friends will most appreciate.
How it Works
It all takes place during the three-hour swap and work session at Studio49, 129 S. Main St., Livingston. Stop in any time you like, drop off supplies, drop in to shop, or work on your structure. Stay as long or as little as you like! Find us on:
Saturday, July 12, 2025, 12-3pm
Thursday, July 24, 2025, 4-7pm
Feel free to:
Bring or drop off supplies, if you have them
Shop supplies
Make your dwellings
Meet the humans behind the village
If you need to drop off or shop supplies outside of the event hours, reach out to craftsupplyswap@gmail.com or on social.
You belong here!
The small supply swap is open to everyone -- not just our fairy village makers -- though we are specifically trying to support the village makers so the fairies have a comfortable stopover in Livingston.
You do not have to bring supplies to participate in the supply swap. You do not have to stay for the work session to take supplies, though we'd love to have you!
All items are free.
Come see the fairy village at Myers' River View Trail, August 2-17, 2025!
We're excited to see what you make!!
Suggested Materials
Donated items should be in good, usable condition. We will accept almost any art or craft supply. Note: The fairy structures will likely be exposed to a sprinkle of rain, wind, and poking.
Look at the previous installations on the Wishberry Hollow website to get an idea of materials used in the past. Bring:
Your smallest, fairy-sized supplies (fairies are 3 inches tall)
Natural materials: rocks, stones, bark, sticks, moss, crystals, or anything that could look and feel natural
Materials that could be used in creating miniature things like fabrics, popsicle sticks, etc.
Please Don’t Bring
Please don’t bring items that need repair (items that cannot be used immediately and without rehabilitation as a crafting material, supply, or tool).
Please don't bring anything moldy, dirty, or smelly
Leave hazardous materials in your garage.
Items not taken by swappers will be saved, donated, or recycled!
